Olen kovin innoissani työtoverini vinkkaamasta hankkeesta, jossa tutkitaan tarinankerronnan hyödyntämistä julkisten tilojen ja palvelukokemuksen luomisessa. Todella inspiroivaa nähdä, mitä hankkeen merkeissä on tehty!
Tämä tuntuu olevan todella lähellä sitä, mitä teen myös omassa työssäni tarinallistajana.
Spiritualising Space on Tekesin rahoittama projekti, josta vastaa Aalto-yliopisto.
Tässä hankkeen määritelmä sivuilta:
”The main objective of the Spiritualizing space – Spice project is to study how storytelling approaches can be applied in designing public customer flows with experiential character and spirit. Customer journey and total customer experience are among the concepts used in service business and service design. Instead of looking at an environment as an architectural entity or an individual system, they recognize both the larger units and the fine details in it. In Spice project storytelling will be applied to regenerate metro stations, urban flows and public spaces.”
